This is a private charter just for our group. As such, there are a host of special amenities, parties, entertainers, and events.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing, a certified letter or by e-mail w. receipt to email (info@RightConnectionsTravel.com) or fax (866-583-7655). NO PHONE CANCELLATIONS. The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all written cancellation received prior to departure up to the scheduled time of departure. 1) Any cancellation prior to January 28, 2019 – will be refunded less $100 per person or $200 per person for Suites. 2) Any cancellation on or between January 29, 2019 and June 24, 2019 – will be refunded in full less $200 per person or $350 per person for Suites. 3) Any cancellation on or between June 25, 2019 and October 28, 2019 – will be refunded in full less $300 per person or $450 per person for Suites. 4) Any cancellation on or after October 29, 2019 is NON-REFUNDABLE. 5) Gifting of cabins, or renames are subject to change fees of $250 p/p. — Clients are responsible for boarding on time and no refunds will be given for a missed boarding, at any port. Any client removed from the ship for violation of the rules and regulations will also not be refunded for unused portions.
Payment Schedule:
- Deposit due at booking: For amount see chart above
- Payment Due Date: April 7, 2020 – 1/3 of invoice
- Payment Due Date: July 7, 2020 – 1/3 of invoice
- Payment Due Date: November 7, 2020 – Balance Due
Notes:
- Travel Insurance is available and strongly recommended
- Cabin rates do not include Port Charges, taxes and Fees estimated to be $350.00 p/p for Staterooms and $400.00 p/p for Suites
